Loafable beta support

Contact us

Email [email protected]. Include your device model, iOS version, Loafable version and what you expected. Do not send a food photo unless you want it included in the email.

Timer did not sound

1. Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Loafable.
2. Allow notifications and sounds.
3. Check Silent Mode and Focus settings.
4. Keep an independent timer for safety-critical cooking.

Bake Companion is unavailable

Check your internet connection and try again. Starter, feeding and journal records continue to work locally. Never wait for an automated response when food safety is uncertain.

Photo privacy

Loafable processes only photos you choose. The app removes embedded camera and location metadata from its upload copy. You can remove local photos and Companion history in the app.

Data deletion

Use Loafable Settings to remove local data. For a support request, contact [email protected] from the same email address.
